Snacka's first pitching competition brought 2000€!

Out of 68 start-ups, Snacka got selected to the top 3, nailing the second prize of the FRUSH2026 competition and thus winning 2000€; 1500€ from Häme Chamber of Commerce and 500€ from GT4T (GreenTech4 Transformation). Snacka sends our warmest thanks to the jury: Karoliina Kauhanen (Commu App), Anne Vanhala (Häme Chamber of Commerce), Jyri Leinonen (FiBan), Ali Tavakoli (SAMK) and Juha Siitonen (Optistock).

Our founder and CEO, Raisa Haikala, traveled from Sweden to Forssa to attend. Our Business Analyst (Intern) Aisha Kumar came from Tampere, and they met for the first time at Humppila railway station where Raisa went to pick up Aisha.

It was a great event and we instantly clicked with Aisha. She gave honest and constructive feedback about the pitch, helped me to focus and adapted a super quick “we”-attitude on her very first day as an intern! — Raisa

During the competition, Snacka was in the process of registering in Sweden, becoming an actual “aktiebolag” (limited company), so the amount of money is truly valuable for the company.

It is the first money that is not coming directly from the founders’ pockets, so it shows that there are more people who believe in us and our idea than ourselves. It will be used to get more traction for our product, and at this stage, it means speaking to people face-to-face. — Raisa
